1. Data Collection & Anonymous Authentication
We believe in "Privacy by Design." We do not collect personally identifiable information (PII) such as your name, email, or phone number.
Anonymous Identifiers: We use Firebase Anonymous Authentication. This generates a randomized unique ID (UID) stored on your device to manage your analysis limits and premium features. This ID is not linked to your real-world identity.
Usage Data: We track the number of matchup analyses performed to enforce the daily usage limits (e.g., 40-attempt threshold).
2. Third-Party AI Processing
The App utilizes Perplexity AI to generate professional scouting reports and matchup insights.
Information Shared: Only non-identifiable data, such as MLB player names and public statistics, are sent to the AI service.
No Personal Sharing: Your User UID and device information are never shared with Perplexity AI or any other third-party processing service.
3. In-App Purchases & Payments
Payments are handled exclusively through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. We do not host or store your credit card or banking information. These platforms provide us with an anonymous transaction token to verify your "Premium" status.
4. Security & Device Integrity
To prevent fraud and ensure data security, we utilize Apple App Attest and Google Play Integrity. these services verify that the App is running on an authentic, untampered device.
